2.During the process: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll track production, testing, packaging, and shipping. For export orders, we run a 48-hour continuous test to ensure everything works properly before shipment. We’ll also send you pictures and videos of your instrument for confirmation.
3.After you buy: If you run into any issues during use or sales, we offer free online support. If a part fails under normal use within the warranty period, we’ll ship you a free replacement and provide a detailed video to guide you through the fix. For non-warranty cases, we supply parts at factory prices.
We provide factory calibration certificate in the retroreflectometer’s package box. If your country can accept Chinese Standard calibration standard, our calibration certicate is workable. If your country has calibration standard, you can send the retroreflectometers to your local metrology institute for local calibration validation and authorization to use in real roadwork measurement applications. After one year, you can do annual calibration locally.
For retroreflectometer with standard configuration, we have enough in stock, and can arrange shipment within 3 days after receipt of payment. If the order quantity is large, or need to do customization, we can discuss the delivery period.
